		Missing/ Endangered Person The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance in locating Joseph M. Specyal, 50, of North Tonawanda .  He was reported missing on October 10, 2010 last known to be in the area of Niagara Falls Blvd. / Ward Rd. in the Town of Wheatfield . He may currently be in the Buffalo , Amherst or Niagara Region.
