City to host event celebrating new playground at Smithfield Park
Councillor Suzan Hall (Ward 1 Etobicoke North) and City of Toronto staff will join members of the community to celebrate the new Smithfield Park playground with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a community barbecue.
