FBI and San Diego Police Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify Bank of America Bank Robber

The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown male responsible for robbing the Bank of America, located at 4319 Camino de la Plaza, San Diego, California, on Tuesday, January 31, 2012.
On Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at approximately 10:02 a.m., the Bank of America, located at 4319 de la Plaza, San Diego, California, was robbed by an unknown male using a demand note. The robber entered the bank and stood in the teller line for approximately two minutes. Once at the teller counter, the robber presented a demand note for cash and threatened to have a weapon. The robber kept his left hand in his left jacket pocket simulating he had a gun in his pocket. After receiving a sum of money the robber walked out of the bank.
Witnesses describe the robber as follows:
Sex: Male
Race: Hispanic
Age: Approximately 35 to 40 years old
Height: Approximately 5’8”-5’9”tall
Weight: Approximately 185 lbs.
Build: Medium-heavy
Eyes: Unknown
Complexion: Dark
Hair/Coloring: Unknown
Clothing: Black hat with an unknown symbol on the front, dark sunglasses, black tee shirt with white logo, black zip-up jacket, blue jeans, black tennis shoes with white soles
